How do the three Platform tiers differ?

Executive includes creation and optimization of up to 10 eBay product listings. Titan includes up to 25 listings and one Done-With-You posting training session. Legacy also includes up to 25 listings and one Done-With-You posting training session, plus three professionally produced videos from client-approved content within the project’s creative scope.

How is client support provided?

Client support is provided through our support software. All three Platform packages include client portal access, package-specific training modules, educational resources, implementation materials, and access to the support team directory.
