Cascade / Privacy

Privacy Policy.

How Cascade Systems & Technologies LLC handles information when you visit our website or contact our team.

Last updated:

01 / Scope

Who we are.

Cascade Systems & Technologies LLC ("Cascade," "we," "us," or "our") operates cascade-st.com. This policy covers information handled through this website, our inquiry form, and related communications about our products and services.

It explains our information practices and how to contact us about privacy. Visiting this page or submitting an inquiry does not by itself enroll you in promotional text messages.

02 / Collection

Information we collect.

Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Contact details: your name, email address, and telephone number.
  • Inquiry details: the inquiry category, product collection, Platform Package, or Media Suite Package you select, and information you provide during follow-up.
  • Communication records: correspondence with our team, your messaging preferences, and records of consent or withdrawal.
  • Website and form data: IP address, browser and device details, referring pages, visit times, and interactions needed to operate, secure, and assess the website or form.

Fields marked as required on the inquiry form are needed to submit that form. Providing a phone number and choosing to receive texts are separate decisions. You may leave either SMS consent box unchecked.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, or sensitive medical information through an inquiry or ordinary message.

03 / Use

How we use information.

  • Respond to questions about product collections, service packages, and availability.
  • Provide requested support and manage our communications with you.
  • Keep track of your selected product or package so we can respond to the relevant inquiry.
  • Send communications consistent with the permissions and preferences you provide.
  • Maintain website and form functionality, investigate errors, and address misuse or security concerns.
  • Maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

04 / Service providers

How information is shared.

We use service providers to support website hosting, inquiry forms, customer records, communications, and related technical services. Our website and inquiry form use GoHighLevel and LeadConnector technology. Providers may process information needed to perform these services for Cascade.

Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or a valid legal request, to address fraud or security issues, or to protect lawful rights. We may share information for another purpose when you specifically direct or authorize us to do so.

We do not sell inquiry information or provide it to other businesses for their own marketing campaigns.

Mobile information and SMS permission

Your mobile number, SMS enrollment details, and permission to receive texts are not sold or provided to other businesses for their own promotional use. Contractors assisting us with customer support and message delivery may process only the details required to perform those services for Cascade, subject to applicable restrictions. Those service arrangements do not give them permission to market to you.

05 / Website technology

Cookies and website data.

Website hosting and embedded form technology may use cookies, browser storage, and similar tools to maintain sessions, support forms, remember preferences, record referral information, and help protect the service from misuse. Technical logs may also record how a page or form is accessed.

You can review your browser's controls to restrict or remove cookies and stored website data. Some settings may affect how embedded forms or other features work. Where a cookie preference control is presented, you can use it to manage the categories it offers. Withdrawing SMS permission is a separate choice described below.

06 / Communications

Text messages and email.

Our inquiry form offers separate optional selections for non-marketing texts about your inquiry and customer support, and for promotional texts about Cascade offers, discounts, and product or service updates. We use the selections you make to determine which texts you have agreed to receive. Promotional SMS permission is not required to make a purchase or submit an inquiry.

The number of texts depends on your interactions and the program you select. Your wireless provider may charge for messaging and data. To stop texts, reply STOP to a message from Cascade. For assistance, reply HELP or call 425-286-2359.

You can request a change to your communication preferences by contacting us. If you receive a promotional email, use its unsubscribe option to stop those emails. We may still need to send a response you requested or an essential service communication where permitted.

07 / Handling

Retention and security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, supporting an ongoing relationship, documenting communication choices, resolving disputes, and satisfying applicable recordkeeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and why it is needed.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can promise absolute security. Contact us if you believe information you supplied to Cascade has been compromised.

08 / Your choices

Questions and privacy requests.

You may contact us to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or update your communication choices. Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have additional rights concerning access, copies, correction, deletion, or limits on certain uses of personal information.

Use the contact details below to make a request. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will explain if an applicable exception limits a request and respond as required by applicable law. A deletion request may not remove records we need to retain for a legal obligation.

Where applicable law provides a right to appeal a privacy decision, contact us using the same details and state that you are requesting a review. We will not treat you unlawfully differently for exercising an applicable privacy right.

09 / Children

Children's information.

Our website and inquiry form are intended for adults seeking information about Cascade products and services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and address it appropriately.

11 / Updates

Changes to this policy.

We may revise this policy as our website, services, or information practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a material change. Publishing an update does not by itself grant permission to send you promotional texts.
