Responsible use.

When using our website or contacting our team:

Cascade does not control another operator's account decisions, policy changes, availability, or technical systems. Referring to a platform does not by itself indicate that Cascade is endorsed by that operator. This section does not remove responsibilities Cascade has expressly accepted in a service agreement.

09 / Optional communications

Text-message terms.

If you enroll in an available Cascade Systems & Technologies LLC text-message program, the messages depend on the consent option you select:

• Inquiry and support texts: responses about your product or service inquiry and related customer support.
• Promotional texts: Cascade offers, discounts, and product or service updates, if you separately choose promotional messages.

Both choices are optional. Providing a telephone number alone does not enroll you in either program. You can submit an inquiry without selecting either SMS consent box, and promotional permission is not a condition of purchase. Only enroll a number you are authorized to use.

Message frequency varies with your inquiry and the program selected. Your wireless provider's messaging and data charges may apply. Delivery depends on the mobile network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
